COVID-19 | Safety Protocols
WE ARE DOING EVERYTHING WE CAN TO CREATE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR YOU
I just wanted to let you know of all of the safety protocols that we have in place to ensure that we have the safest and cleanest environment as we open up our new studio.
1: Disinfecting
We thoroughly disinfect our studio between sessions and consultations.
2: Mask Wearing Policy
A mask will be worn by your photographer as well as your hair and makeup stylists. You will not be required to wear a mask during your session, but if you bring a guest they will be asked to wear a mask.
3: Limited Number of People on Set
While our new studio is quite large and offers plenty of space to safely practice social distancing, we will be limiting the number of people on set to a max of five (5) individuals.
4: Handwashing
We practice extra handwashing with antibacterial soaps as well as hand sanitizers.
5: Sick Policy
We will not hold photo sessions or consultations while we are feeling sick. Already booked sessions and consults will be rescheduled. We will not open again until two consecutive negative Covid-19 test results are received. and the studio is properly sanitized. We also ask our clients to notify us when they are feeling sick.
6: Wardrobe and Laundry Care
All of the wardrobe pieces we offer including robes will be laundered and disinfected between sessions. We will also steam clean any items you wish to wear.
7: One Client Per Day
We allow at least a full 24 hours between each photo session.
8: H13 Medical Grade Air Filter
Our air filter removes 99.9% of particles down to 0.1 microns. What this means is that it filters lint, pollen, dust, mold, dust mites, lead dust, common & tobacco smoke, pet dander, as well as all bacteria, & virus carries!
